Delivery information

If the products are in stock, they will be shipped within two working days from receipt of the order. The transport time must be added on top of this. This varies according to the carrier and the destination you have selected. Delivery times are for information purposes only, we are not responsible for any delays. 

For polished stainless-steel products personalised with engravings, these are shipped within three working days from the date of the order. 

For totally customised projects, we allow three weeks lead time. For end-of-year gifts, we advise you to order early. 

If the products are not in stock, you can place a pre-order or ask to be informed when they are restocked. 

We export all over the world. However, delivery costs are at the customer’s expense. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email with the information and link to its status.
